How do I book?
You can submit a booking by selecting from available kits/packages, selecting date/time and making payment online.
Do you deliver?
We are currently only client pickup.
However, there can be situations where we partner with a delivery company where they will do the delivery/pickup for us and will quote you separately and quickly.
Do you offer setup?
No, we are strictly a DIY rental company.
How long is the rental period?
We have two options:
1 – Pickup night before your event and drop off morning after your event
2 – Pickup morning of your event and drop off evening/night next day
Note: We will assign an exact time for pickup & drop-off.
Do you offer custom packages?
Depending on our inventory, we can offer something custom. Please contact us with the full details of your set up.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your rental. Before pickup, we also require you to fill out a credit card preauthorization via Stripe that puts a temporary pending hold of $500 on your card. This is returned once the kit is returned to us without any damage or missing items.
Do the balloons come with the rentals?
For any rentals advertised with balloons, a balloon kit and electric pump (rental) is provided. Most customers opt in for our $50 pre-made balloon garland service where we pre-make the entire garland for you and you clamp it on yourself.
Do I need a truck to pickup?
Nope! All our modern collection kits fit into a SUV/Van/Pickup Truck. Our classic kits fit into a midsized sedan as well. It is very important you come with the backseats fully folded down and cleared (no one should be sitting back there)!
Do you have "this style" or "these colours"?
We only have what we have put on our website, Instagram page, and booking form.
